Yesterday I spent a couple hours at an early 1950s school which sits on the site of a late 1800s school. Found this piece of a clock movement and I was able to read the lettering on it.

I also found a 1951 wheat cent.

Nothing too impressive yet but I think this place has potential for some good finds.

It’s been too hot, lack of rain, and lack of available permissions…I’m easily impressed.

You have a number of sites with potential. Determination is the key.
